"ModelScope" Is a Hugging Face Alternative now that Nvidias deal is a Go

Modelscope is another platform for those that simply want to know an alternative if things go south. However, time will tell what happens to huggingface after the deal is finalized Link: https://modelscope.cn/home, and https://modelscope.ai/home
